Sign up with your email and your Ghanaian mobile money number in +233 format. We detect the network — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money — from the prefix. If the number already belongs to an approved account we show you the recovery route instead of a dead-end error.
A six-digit code is issued to that number. Codes expire after ten minutes, allow five attempts, and you can request at most three in a ten-minute window. Until the number is confirmed, nothing else unlocks.
Give your full legal name, date of birth, gender, region and Ghana Post GPS address. Tier 1 permits limited deposits so you can start the habit while your full verification is prepared.
Capture the front and back of your Ghana Card (GHA-XXXXXXXXX-X) plus a live selfie holding the card beside your face. Your browser checks brightness and sharpness before upload so blurry or dark frames are caught immediately.
The card number, printed name and date of birth are extracted and compared with your registration details. Duplicate card numbers, duplicate name-and-date pairs, weak selfie matches and poor image quality all raise flags.
Our verification team checks your document and selfie, usually within one working day. You are told clearly if you are approved, or exactly what to fix and re-send.
Approved members reach Tier 2: full deposits, withdrawals and group Susu participation.
A private goal with a target amount and a date. You pay in whenever you like from your mobile money wallet and take the whole balance out when you reach the date. Cashing out before your target date carries a 2% early-access fee; on or after it, you take everything.
Ten verified members contribute the same amount every day for ten days. One member receives the whole day's pot each day, in the slot order chosen before the group starts. Contributions sit in escrow and default locks protect the members still waiting.
